Refund Policy

At Little Things by WENBUM, each bag is handmade with care using unique fabrics.  Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of my work, I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If there is an issue with your order (damage during shipping or a mistake on my part) please contact me within 7 days of delivery.  I'll be happy to make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.
