Every bag starts with the fabric. I hunt for pieces that have character- sometimes bold prints, sometimes unexpected finds like a
thrifted dress or a forgotten curtain just waiting for a second chance!
My bags aren't made
to sit in the closet- they're made to go where you go.
From grocery runs to
weekend getaways, coffee shop mornings to practice pickups, each piece is built for real life.
No mass production here-
every bag is handmade and completely
unique. I mix and match fabrics so each piece has its own look, its own story. When you grab one, it's the only one, it's yours-and yours alone.
Behind the Names
The animal names help you know the size, but they also remind me why I started making these in the first place — for real life, real people, and the little moments in between.Each bag also carries its own name, inspired by color, pattern, season, or feeling.These bags are meant to be used, loved, and lived with — a companion for the everyday!

My
Story
Hello! My name is Wendy. In 2020, during the pandemic, I decided to learn how to sew. I began by making masks--lots and lots of them--and then quickly grew into creating bags. Since then, I've fallen in love with the art of sewing and the joy of making something both beautiful and useful. I am passionate about finding unique fabrics, sometimes even thrifted, and given them a new life by turning them into functional totes, market bags, and zippy pouches. Each piece is handmade by me, designed to be one-of-a-kind, and created to add a little fun to everyday life.Little Things by WENBUM is exactly what it sounds like: little things made by me, Wendy Bumgarner. I am so excited to share my journey with anyone who loves handmade treasures-whether it's for yourself or as a special gift for someone you love.
